Occupational Therapy:
Through the therapeutic use of everyday activities, Occupational Therapy (OT) helps children and adults participate in activities which are required for personal life-skill maintenance as well as activities desired for social and personal quality of life enhancement. OT particularly assists children with disabilities to function in school so that they can be as successful as possible.



Speech-Language Therapy:
Speech-Language Therapy is the process of supporting children and adults who have difficulties with communication, eating, drinking or swallowing.  



Applied Behavior Analysis:
The application of behavioral principles to everyday situations is known as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Over time, ABA will increase desired behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors. ABA helps individuals acquire a multitude of skills that include, but are not limited to, self-help, language, and play skills


Mental Health Counseling:
As people grow and change throughout their lives, Mental Health Counseling brings a developmental perspective to this process. This process includes the assessment of people and situations, diagnosis and treatment, and the application of effective, cognitive, behavioral and systematic strategies to facilitate change.


Anxiety Support Group for Young Adults

Does your teenager suffer from anxiety? Is (s)he disorganized? Does (s)he struggle in social situations? Anxiety is a common affliction among young adults and can be alleviated with appropriate supports. Our Anxiety Support Group for Young Adults focuses on:
  • Reducing stress and anxiety 
  • Creating and implementing positive coping mechanisms 
  • Time management and organizational skills 
  • Developing and maintaining interpersonal relationships 
  • Conflict resolution
